President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Abdullahi Bala as the new Executive Secretary (ES) for the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPTF).
Bala is taking over from Ahmed Aliyu, who resigned, who resigned from the position to run for governorship primary in his state.
The new appointee was born on 18th August, 1967 in Sokoto North Local Government Area.

In December 1992, he became Personal Officer II, Admin and Political Affairs Department, Cabinet Office, Sokoto.
