Meta’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mark Zuckerberg unveiled Threads–a new conversation-based app on July 5.
Threads is branded “nearly identical” in format to Twitter.
The new app’s unveiling came after months of speculation and secrecy, with rumors first surfacing in March 2023.
Since its launch, Threads has generated over ten million users.
