150 Athletes to Compete at Maiden Ogulagha Marathon

150 Athletes to Compete at Maiden Ogulagha Marathon | Daily Report Nigeria

A minimum of hundred and fifty athletes across the federation have registered to participate at the maiden edition of the Ogulagha Marathon.

The event organized by a socio-cultural group, The Geng, will see athletes compete for a grand prize of N100,000.

According to the organizers, the marathon is aimed at promoting peace and tourism in Ogulagha Kingdom.

The maiden edition of The Geng’s Marathon race is billed for today, May 14, 2022.

Cash prizes to be won are; first place – N100,000, second place – N70,000, and third price – N50,000.

The race is co-sponsored by the Julius Pondi Foundation, Shedrack Agediga Foundation, Roland Dede Foundation, as well as Sokebolou and Yokiri communities.
