2023: Court Bars INEC From Engaging Mc Oluomo In Material Distribution

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has barred the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from engaging the services of Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages to distribute election materials in the state.

Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the
granted the prayer of the Labour Party seeking an order to bar INEC from using MC Oluomo, from distributing election materials in Lagos.
