The Peoples Democratic Party Deputy Governorship candidate for Lagos, Actress Funke Akindele, in an interview, stated that she would proffer solutions if elected in the 2023 governorship election with the Party’s governorship candidate Olajire Adediran.
Akindele, during the interview session on Channels Television, Akindele noted that she has a great number of people at the grassroots who love her because she is true to herself.
She declared that the love goes beyond the grassroots but also from her 20 million fans on social media.

“People love me. I have 20 million fans and followers on social media,” Akindele said.
Akindele then added that the love she gets is further narrowed down to Ikorodu, her community in Lagos State.
