The Labour Party (LP) has released a revised list of members of the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council.
The revised Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council list was released on Wednesday via a statement signed by Secretary-general of the Labour Party Campaign Council, Gbazuoagu Clement Ojukwu.
Daily Report recalls that the Labour Party has former Anambra governor, Peter Obi as presidential candidate and former lawmaker, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed as its Vice-presidential candidate.Announcing the release of the revised PCC, Ojukwu said;
“Fellow compatriots, it is in keeping with our promise to look into your candid observations following the publication of the list of members of our great party’s presidential campaigns council that we have studiously reviewed and updated the list which we present today.”
He noted regret that the party could not accommodate all Nigerians who indicated interest in serving in the PCC.Ojukwu further charged all members of the council to work assiduously at various groups, wards, LGAs, Senatorial Districts and States including Diaspora to ensure victory for the party.
Meanwhile, the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council still has Doyin Okupe as it’s Director General.
