The M.O.R.E For Delta Youths Project will on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 take its grassroots campaign to Burutu Local Government Area.

The campaign tagged ‘Operation Rural Rugged In Burutu Local Government Area’ is geared towards canvassing support for the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state, Sheriff Oborevwori.

The campaign will also engage grassroots stakeholders as well as Canvassing the Canvassers in Burutu ahead of the 2023 general election.

According to the leadership of M.O.R.E For Delta Youths Project, politics is local and Operation Rural Rugged will enable members across the 25 Local Government Areas of the state to embark on a door to door campaign.

The campaign will engage both old and young people at the grassroots with the aim of seeking support for the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and his running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa, as well as other candidates of the PDP.

Meanwhile, the Burutu PDP campaign Council was inaugurated on Tuesday, ahead of the general elections.
