Presidential candidate of the Progressive Congress (APC) for the 2023 poll, Bola Tinubu will on Friday, November 25, 2022, meet foremost Niger Delta warlord, Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo.
A source close Tompolo told Daily Report Nigeria on Wednesday that the former Lagos State governor will be meeting with the former militant leader as part of activities lined up for the Jagaban.
According to the source, Tinubu will be in Oporoza, the traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state, to pay homage to the Pere of Gbaramatu kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oboro-Gbaraun II, Aketekpe, Agadagba, and thereafter proceed to meet with Tompolo.

“Tinubu will be visiting Gbaramatu on Friday to pay homage to the King and will also meet with GOC (Tompolo) to solicit support for his election,” the source told our correspondent.
Meanwhile, the visit will be Tinubu’s second voyage to Delta State in a week as he last week Saturday led a mammoth crude to the Warri Township stadium to flag off the APC Presidential and Governorship campaigns in the state.
