Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has dared the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Iyorchia Ayu from stopping his Benue counterpart, Samuel Ortom and other contestants in the 2023 elections.
Wike made the dare while reacting to the Ayu’s comments on Saturday, wherein he said he has the power to stop Ortom and other candidates supporting the Rivers governor from contesting the 2023 elections.
Briefing journalists at his private residence in Port Harcourt on Sunday, Wike said Ayu lacked integrity, insisting that the PDP chairman was corrupt.

Wike said;
“I dare the National Chairman to stop any contestant if he has what it takes. It is in this country where you say a man is very corrupt and he is trying to talk.”
