Governor Nasir el-Rufai has appointed a 28-year-old Khalil Nur Khalil as executive secretary of the Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency (KADIPA)
Khalil, a graduate of the faculty of business and economics, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus, was prior to his appointment, Khalil was the investment intelligence director at KADIPA.
He was the youngest person to ever assume that office in the history of Kaduna.

Khalil’s appointment was announced on Monday, via a statement issued Muyiwa Adekeye, special adviser to el-Rufai on media, who also announced other changes in the el-Rufai’s cabinet.
Most notably among the changes was that of Muhammad Sani Abdullahi, the chief of staff, who was redeployed to the planning and budget commission.
