According to reports, the pastors passed away on New year’s day, January 1, 2025.
The Celestial Church Of Christ body has listed the names of its pastors who passed away in the New year.
Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the pastors, identified as Evangelist Oladotun Elusanmi, Shepherd Olumuyiwa Michael, and Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist Johnson Olajuwon all died on the same day

The clergymen held reputable positions in the church, with Elusanmi being the shepherd at Orisun Ayo Parish, Ilupeju, Michael served as the Shepherd in charge of Christ Testimony Parish, Ikorodu, and Olajuwon was the prophet at the Celestial Church of Christ, Saint S.B.J. Oshoffa Cathedral, International Headquarters, Ketu.

Their passing away was confirmed by the secretary of the pastor in council and head of media and publicity for CCC worldwide, Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala, thorough their official website.

Two officers of the Kebbi state police command have passed away following a gun battle with bandits.
The bandits were said to have stolen cows and other items from a village in Kebbi state, before the police intervened.
