Barcelona manager, Xavi Hernandez has identified the club Barcelona can learn from.

The former Al-Sadd’s coach referred to Sevilla as an exemplar of an organized club.

The 41-year-old added that the Palanganas is a good example of how a football club should be managed.

Meanwhile, Blaugrana are to take the Julen Lopetegui’s squad in their next La Liga fixture on Tuesday 21st.

On 37 points, the host team currently occupy the second spot with 10 points ahead of eighth-placed Xavi’s men.

SFC will therefore be three points behind the leaders, Real Madrid if the match could end in their favor.

Xavi said in a news conference on Monday: “It’ s another opportunity to take points from a direct rival, but it won’t be easy.”

“We tend to look abroad to clubs like Bayern Munich, but what Sevilla have done in recent years makes them an example for us.”

“[Julen] Lopetegui is one of the best coaches, Monchi, in the scouting department, is one of the best in his field. “
