BREAKING:Again, 7-storey Building Collapses in Lagos | Daily Report Nigeria

A seven-storey building has collapsed in the Banana Island area of Ikoyi, Lagos State.

The building under construction, collapsed on Wednesday around past 3 pm.

Daily Report Nigeria gathered that the building caved after some of the worker on the site had closed for the day.

However, some others still at the site and received varying injuries following the collapse.

The incident was confirmed by the spokesperson for the Lagos Fire Service and Rescue Service, Amodu Shakiri.

He said, “We got a call around 3:58 pm. We are currently trying to ascertain the claim that no one was under the rubble.”
