SS2 Student Kills SS3 Student During Cult Clash in Akwa Ibom

A Senior Secondary Two (SS2) Student of West Itam Secondary School, Uyo, David Joshua has reportedly killed an SS3 student, Solomon Bassey, in a cult clash between both classes.

The spokesperson of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command, SP Odiko MacDon, who confirmed the incident to news men, disclosed that David Joshua has since been arrested by the Command.

Also, the state’s Commissioner of Police, Amiengheme Andrew, frowned at the moral decadence in secondary schools and called on parents to inculcate values into their children.

According to MacDon, the proscription order of the Akwa Ibom State government will be enforced to the letter as it concerns the incident.

”David Joshua Okon, who stabbed and killed one Solomon Bassey, of the same school in a cult-related SS2 and SS3 fight has been arrested” MacDon stated.
