BREAKING: Reps React To Subsidy Removal by Tinubu

The House of Representatives has reacted to the fuel subsidy removal declaration by President Bola Tinubu.

The Lawmakers in their reaction commended Tinubu for his decision to remove subsidy on Premium Motor Spirit, commonly known as petrol.

The commendation came after a motion of urgent public importance was moved by Jimoh Olajide, a member of the House, and was unanimously adopted at the plenary on Tuesday.

In his inaugural address on Monday, the President had announced that the petrol subsidy was “gone.”
