Former governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated Emomotimi Guwor on his emergence as Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly.
Okowa also congratulated the Olorogun Arthur Akpowowo of Ethiope East Constituency, who was elected Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that the duo were elected after their inauguration on Tuesday.
