A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari bail.
Kyari’s bail grant came after his first application was rejected by the Court of Appeal in Abuja, in February.
The Appeal Court had sought to overturn an earlier decision of a Federal High Court which refused to grant his bail application.

The suspended DP of Police was jailed for a year before the release order by the court on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
