The Delta Ijaw Comrade Community (DICC), has congratulated Amb. Princewill Binebai on his emergence as Spokesman of the Ijaw Youths Council, IYC.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Binebai, who is the President of the DICC was elected IYC Spokesperson following an electing in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa state capital on Saturday July 22.
In a terse congratulatory message signed by its Secretary, Comrade Tare Magbei, the DICC described Binebai’s emergence as a square peg in a square hole.
