Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, has responded to Harry Kane’s decision to join Bayern Munich, revealing that his team has already selected a striker.

During his pre-game press conference prior to United’s match against Wolves at the beginning of the Premier League season, Ten Hag addressed Kane’s impending transfer to the Bundesliga.

“We have made our choice for a striker, and we’re quite pleased,” Ten Hag stated.

He acknowledged Kane’s prowess as a remarkable striker and a creator of goals, emphasizing his exceptional qualities and attributes.

Undoubtedly possessing all the desired skills and attributes, Kane’s departure is a significant loss for the Premier League, as it strives to showcase the highest level of competition.

United’s newly acquired striker, Rasmus Hojlund, unfortunately, won’t be making his debut for the team this weekend due to an injury.

The Red Devils secured the services of Hojlund from Atalanta for a fee of £72 million (€83m/$91m).
