The Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has announced date to deliver judgment on the ongoing saga on the outcome of the 2023 election.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that the Tribunal announced September 16 to deliver judgment on the case between Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) and Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The PEPT will also deliver judgment on the case between Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party and Tinubu and the APC.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is also a defendant in the case.
