Three prominent politicians, namely Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), are reportedly collaborating to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)

The Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has announced date to deliver judgment on the ongoing saga on the outcome of the 2023 election.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that the Tribunal announced September 16 to deliver judgment on the case between Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) and Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The PEPT will also deliver judgment on the case between Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party and Tinubu and the APC.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is also a defendant in the case.
