Tinubu Absent as Tribunal Delivers Judgment on 2023 Presidential Election | Daily Report Nigeria

President Bola Tinubu will be nowhere near the venue of the Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal as the court delivers judgement on the 2023 presidential election.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that Atiku Abubakar (PDP) and Peter Obi (Labour Party) are both challenging Tinubu’s declaration as winner of the February 25 presidential election.

However, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Tinubu’s chief of staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, APC national chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, and governors of the party are currently seated in court.

Recall that President Tinubu had on Tuesday departed the country for India to attend the G20 Summit on the invitation of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
