Daily Report Nigeria reports that the procession in honour of the late Afeobeat singer turned to chaos after police operatives shot teargas into the crowd.
Videos seen by our correspondent showed attendees scampering for safety following the action by the police.

Popular skitmaker, Oluwa Dollars was among those who shared snippets of the incident at the Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
The content creator, who could not tell what led to the action by the security operatives, confirmed that they were chased out of the venue with teargas.
Another video showed an unidentified lady badly injured during the scuffle.
Many Nigerian celebrities and youths took part in Mohbad’s candlelight procession on Thursday night, which started from Lekki Phase 1.
