The Delta State Election Petitions Tribunal has upheld the victory of Sheriff Oborevwori as winner of the state’s governorship election.
In its sitting on Tuesday, the tribunal threw out the petitions of Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress.
Oborevwori was declared winner of the March 18 election ahead of Omo-Agege and Ken Pela of the Labour Party.
