Gunmen have killed a University Lecturer and abducted nine other travellers in Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
The Chairman of Toto Local Government Council, Nuhu Dauda explained that the abduction took place on Tuesday afternoon along Mungi sharp corner axis of the Local Government
Dauda further revealed that the kidnappers intercepted three passenger vehicles in the bush.

The remains of late Salihu Salihu who was a Lecturer with Nasarawa State University was found near the road
The kidnappers according to a friend of the deceased did not make any contact before killing him.
Police Public Relations Officer Nasarawa State Command, Nansel Rahman said the Command is not aware of the incident.
Nansel Rahman assured Members of the Public that the Command will investigate the matter professionally in no distant time.
