A collapse rocked the Dunamis Church building located at Mission Ward North Bank in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, killing a pastor.

The collapse that took place during the early hours of Tuesday, left some amount of injuries on four others.
It was gathered that the pastor and the four individuals were engaged in prayers at the church building before the collapse.
While the other four individuals managed to escape the wreckage, the pastor was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.
The collapse also affected nearby residential buildings and electricity infrastructure.
