Nigerians have been left in shock as friends and colleagues of the late rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, popularly known as Oladips, claim he is alive.
Their claim comes after a video surfaced online showing Oladips collapsing, causing concern among fans.
However, his management had previously announced his death on social media, revealing that he had been battling personal struggles for nearly two years.
In a surprising turn of events, Nigerian musician Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, also known as Qdot, took to Instagram to announce that Oladips is still alive and well.

Another close associate of the singer, Sircoolest, also shared this news on his Instagram stories.
Sircoolest said:
“Oladips is alive he just finished eating Rice And Turkey here, he will post his Apology video when his New Album finally enters number 1 in Nigeria.“
