The rest members were the Commissioner for Housing, Dr Gift Worlu; Commissioner for Transport, Dr Jacobson Nbina; and Commissioner for Environment, Austin Ben-Chioma.
The officials are required to produce 40 sets of their Curriculum Vitae, photocopies, and original copies of their credentials for the screening at the State House of Assembly, Legislative Quarters.
The resignations of the nine Commissioners on December 16, 2023, were part of the political crisis between Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his predecessor, the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
According to checks, the reinstatement of the former commissioners aligned with the demands of President Bola Tinubu’s peace agreement with the state’s Governor.
