BREAKING: Gunmen Abduct Barrister’s Wife, In-Law in Abuja Army Estate

Police Uncover Planned Bandits Attack in Abuja

A group of gunmen, on Thursday night, abducted a barrister’s wife, and mother-in-law in an Abuja Army Estate.

The gunmen forcefully entered the Nigeria Post Army estate’s phase 2 region, Kurudu around 10:00 pm.

They successfully kidnapped
Barr Cyril Adikwu’s wife and mother-in-law, while the Barrister himself managed to escape.

An eyewitness, Austine John who narrated the event, called on President Bola Tinubu for immediate action and heightened security measures to ensure the safety of Nigerians.

He said:
“It all started at about 10:00 we suddenly started hearing gun shot and immediately we knew something was wrong I quickly went out to make sure my gate was well locked then we heard the gunshot in the Barristers House then we alerted the estate’s management who immediately swang into action in a short time army people came around and started shooting too but before the came the kidnappers had taken the wife and the in law of the barrister.

“This is really traumatizing because we could not sleep through out the night due to fear of the kidnappers coming back. President Tinubu should pls help Nigerians put an end to this barbaric act by kidnappers.”
