The result meant Ivory Coast will face defending champions Senegal in the Second Round after qualifying as one of the best losing teams.

The Sadio Mane-led Teranga Lions ran riot in Group C, securing maximum points after overcoming Cameroon, Gambia and Guinea.

Which leaves Ivory Coast with dim hopes of winning their third AFCON trophy.
