A member of the House of Representatives, Dennis Idahosa has been declared winner of the governorship primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State.
Idahosa was declared winner by thr Governor Hope Uzodimma led primary election committee following a keenly contested election on Saturday.

According to the committee, Idahosa polled over 40,000 votes to defeat other contestants.
The lawmakers will now fly the party’s flag in the Edo governorship billed for September.
