Odumodublvck Disagrees with Eedris Abdulkareem: No Musician Paved the Way for Wizkid or Burna Boy

Odumodublvck Urges Christian Youths to Respect Pastor Adeboye

Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, widely known as Odumodublvck, has expressed his disagreement with the notion that any musician paved the way for artists like Wizkid and Burna Boy. This comes in response to recent claims made by veteran singer Eedris Abdulkareem in a podcast interview, where he asserted that he paved the way for several Nigerian artists, including Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid.

Odumodublvck categorically stated that such claims amount to attempting to claim “God’s glory,” implying that attributing the success of artists solely to the actions of others is misguided. He emphasized the importance of hard work and determination, asserting that it was these qualities that propelled Wizkid and Burna Boy to their current levels of success.

The rapper maintained that while artists can certainly inspire each other, ultimate success is ultimately determined by factors beyond human influence, suggesting a belief in divine intervention or luck. This perspective underscores the belief that while mentorship and influence can play a role in an artist’s journey, success ultimately comes from individual effort and external factors beyond anyone’s control.
