LaLiga president Javier Tebas recently shared his thoughts on the current top footballers in the world during an interview with L’Equipe.
Tebas singled out Erling Haaland from Manchester City, Jude Bellingham from Real Madrid, and Kylian Mbappe from PSG as the three best players currently dominating the sport.
“In my view, [Jude] Bellingham, [Erling] Haaland and Mbappé are the three most dominant players on the planet, and two of them are at Real Madrid,” Javier Tebas said.
Haaland’s exceptional talent had positioned him as a strong contender for the Ballon d’Or last year, but Lionel Messi controversially secured his eighth award instead.
Mbappe, who secured third place behind Messi and Haaland in the Ballon d’Or rankings, continues to showcase his prowess on the field. Both Mbappe and Haaland, alongside Bellingham, are anticipated to be prominent contenders for top individual honors this year.
