The convener of the Interfaith Peace Dialogue, Comrade Ellington Bakumor has extended congratulations to Dr. Dennis Otuaro on his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Otuaro’s appointment is sequel to the expiration of tenure of Gen. Maj. Barry Ndiomu.
In a terse congratulatory message on Friday, Bakumor said Otuaro’s reign will see the programme record unprecedented levels of success.
