The Ijaw Youths Council (IYC), Obotebe Clan has extended congratulations to Dr. Dennis Otuaro following his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
In a congratulatory message signed by Comrades Andaowei Anthony Okou, Ebimene Diemone, Augustine Doulamoghan, Chairman, Secretary and Information Officer respectively, the group described Otuaro’s appointment by President Bola Tinubu as timely.
The statement reads;
