IYC Obotebe Congratulates Otuaro on Amnesty Administrator Appointment

The 2003/2004 National Executives of the National Union of Izon-ebe Students have extended congratulations to Dr. Dennis Otuaro on his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that the aforementioned executives were led by Dr. Otuaro as President.

The 2003/2004 NUIS cabinet described Otuaro’s appointment as one that would birth ‘positive impact’ on the Niger Delta.

They said;

“On behalf of the National Executive, National Union of Izon-ebe Students Worldwide 2003/2004 Session, we heartily felicitate and congratulate you Chief Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro. our former erudite, visionary and amiable National President on your appointment as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, (PAP) by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCON.

“No doubt, from our undergraduate days as student leader, you have exhibited exemplary leadership qualities and being a voice amongst others for the development of the Niger Delta.

“Sir, we have no doubt that you will make a positive impact in your new role as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

“May you be blessed with wisdom and strength as you carry out this important assignment and in accordance with the mandate of the presidential amnesty programme”.
