The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Western Zone, has extended congratulations to HRM Capt. Joseph I. Timiyan (JP) PhD, following the marking of his birth anniversary on March 27.
In a statement signed by the Dr. Doubra Okotete, chairman of the Zone comprising of Delta, Edo, and Ondo States, the group prayed for Agbonu’s reign to be long.
