Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, has apparently addressed recent comments made by his colleague Brymo, who claimed to be a superior musician.

In a recent interview, Brymo asserted that Burna Boy does not match his musical standard. He declared himself as the “finest vocalist on the continent” and a superior songwriter compared to any African artist, including Burna Boy.

Responding to Brymo’s remarks, Burna Boy dismissed them as an attempt to seek attention. He remarked that Brymo specializes in “Yoruba proverb music,” a genre he believes is better suited for Fuji legends like K1 De Ultimate and Saheed Osupa.
