Former Big Brother Naija housemates Doyin and Tacha criticized Wizkid for “chasing clout” and disrespecting Don Jazzy on social media.
Wizkid had a series of contentious posts on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, throwing shade at Davido and music mogul Don Jazzy.
Doyin responded by saying that Wizkid was seeking attention and advised him to focus on making music instead. She also criticized him for showing disrespect toward Don Jazzy. She posted on Instagram: “Don Jazzy is still the Jay-Z of the Nigerian music industry. If you disrespect him, it just shows your head is not correct. Stop chasing clout and drop a hit!”

Tacha, in a video message on her social media, warned Wizkid against any slander or disrespect toward Don Jazzy, emphasizing the latter’s significant contributions to the Nigerian music industry.
“No Don Jazzy slander will be tolerated,” she said. “Don Jazzy’s impact on the entertainment industry can never be overstated. If you remove Don Jazzy’s work from the industry, it would take away half of Afrobeats. This is someone who has helped create global superstars and supports everyone, no matter their status.”
