BREAKING: FG to Pay N2.75bn Compensation For Coastal Highway Construction | Daily Report Nigeria

The Federal Government has announced its intention to disburse N2.75 billion as compensation to property owners affected by the demolition of structures for the construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, which will extend from channel 0 to channel 3.

David Umahi, the Minister of Works made the announcement at a stakeholders meeting held in Lagos State on Wednesday.

According to Umahi, further compensation will be paid in due course.
