Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has expressed confidence ahead of Kylian Mbappé’s imminent arrival at Real Madrid this summer, stating they are not “scared” by the prospect.
Mbappé is expected to join Real Madrid after the Champions League final, and Barcelona currently trail the La Liga champions by 12 points heading into the final round of fixtures this weekend.
Despite losing both Clasico meetings this season, Lewandowski emphasized in an interview with Marca that Barcelona can still compete effectively, even with Mbappé in Madrid’s lineup.

Lewandowski said, “Scared? No. Of course, Mbappé is an amazing player, and if he joins Real Madrid, they will be very strong. But our mindset will be that no matter how good their players are, if we work together as a team and have the belief that we can beat them, we can compete with them.”
