Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, known as DJ Cuppy, expressed her joy at being appointed as the King’s Trust International Ambassador by British monarch King Charles III.
DJ Cuppy was appointed during a reception at Buckingham Palace on Friday in celebration of The King’s Trust Awards 2024.
Reacting to her appointment, Cuppy said she was honored and proud of her new role.

Taking to her X handle, she shared a picture of herself with King Charles III and wrote: “Honored to have been invited for a special reception with His Majesty the King at Buckingham Palace. I am so proud to be a @KingsTrustInt Ambassador.”
