“I’ve played against the best of the best in chess. I’ve conquered Nigeria. I’ve conquered Africa but this tastes differently. It’s going to be exciting and would probably be one of the greatest experiences I’ve had.
“On June 11, 2024, I will be playing a three-hour Chess match against founder of Chess in Slums Africa Tunde Onakoya in preparation to represent Nigeria at the FIDE chess World Cup in Georgia next month and also raise awareness of chess in Nigeria.
