Actor and media personality Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, known as Nedu, has clarified that he does not hate women, countering recent speculations.
This clarification came after actress Yvonne Jegede suggested Nedu harbors negative feelings towards women. Jegede’s comments followed his criticism of her public apology regarding her statements on a recent episode of “The Honest Bunch” podcast.
Nedu emphasized that he has three daughters, a female manager, and is surrounded by women in his professional and personal life.

In a video message on Instagram, he stated, “In past episodes of ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, I might have said things that upset some people, leading to accusations that I hate women. I don’t hate women. My manager is a woman, I have three beautiful daughters, and most of the people around me are women. So I don’t understand where this idea is coming from.”
Additionally, Nedu’s management has cautioned Jegede against making further defamatory statements, emphasizing that she was not pressured to speak on the podcast.
