Poland is the first country to be eliminated from Euro 2024 following a 0-0 draw between France and the Netherlands on Friday night. The draw likely secures both teams’ spots in the Round of 16.
With the tournament’s expansion allowing some third-placed teams to advance, no team has been eliminated with four points. Austria, who will face the Netherlands next, also stands a good chance of progressing.
However, Poland, after losing 3-1 to Austria earlier in the day, is out of the competition. They will conclude their tournament against France next Tuesday.
