Seun Kuti Attacks Iyabo Ojo: “Arrest Me Too, I’m Not a Confusionist”

Afrobeat singer Seun Kuti has challenged Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo to arrest him after she accused him of supporting the controversial social media figure VeryDarkMan.

Kuti refuted being a troublemaker and accused Ojo of being oppressive. He clarified that his stance was against using the police to silence VeryDarkMan, not against Ojo’s fight itself.

In a video posted on Instagram, Kuti stated, “I’m not here to cause confusion. I never opposed your battle with VeryDarkMan; I just disagreed with using arrests. If you’re upset that I spoke against police oppression, go ahead, be upset. But please, don’t abuse your power. [Hisses] Ridiculous!”
