A Rivers State High Court has barred the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from conducting its congress in the state, pending the determination of a motion on notice already filed.
The court’s decision was in response to an originating summons and ex-parte filed by some aggrieved members of the party, led by Hon. David Chiinedu Omereji.
