Chelsea are preparing to offload up to 12 players from Stamford Bridge this summer. According to Mirror, new manager Enzo Maresca has been given the green light to let go of players including vice-captain Ben Chilwell, Djordje Petrovic, and Romelu Lukaku, who hasn’t played for the club in two seasons.
Despite attempts, Chelsea has failed to sell Lukaku and alleviate his wage burden. Spanish goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, back from a loan at Real Madrid, is also set to leave.
Other players on the list include Armando Broja, David Datro Fofana, Cesare Casadei, Conor Gallagher, Trevor Chalobah, Ben Chilwell, and Djordje Petrovic.
