The state government alleges that they transferred funds into dollars for personal benefits and acquired properties, including a service apartment in Dubai and a multi-billion naira hotel in Abuja.
The state government has listed 143 witnesses to testify in the case, but no date has been fixed for the matter. This is the second time Ganduje is facing fraud charges, as he was previously accused of collecting bribes from contractors.
