Real Madrid kicked off their LaLiga season with a 1-1 draw against Mallorca. The match was highly anticipated as Kylian Mbappe made his league debut for Los Blancos, starting alongside Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo.
Rodrygo put Madrid ahead in the 13th minute, but Vedat Muriqi equalized for Mallorca eight minutes into the second half. The game ended with Real Madrid down to ten men after Ferland Mendy was sent off in stoppage time.
Next up for Carlo Ancelotti’s side is a home game against Valladolid on Sunday.
