Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti identified three key areas for improvement after his team’s 1-1 draw with Mallorca in their LaLiga opener on Sunday.
Ancelotti saw his side go ahead with a first-half goal from Rodrygo, only to be leveled by Vedat Muriqi in the second half, leaving both teams with a point.
After the match, Ancelotti pointed out that Real Madrid needs to improve in three areas: defense, ball recovery, and pressing after losing possession. He emphasized the need for better attitude and collective effort in defense.
